In the training, we briefly covered how to fill out a ticket on the financesupport.utah.gov website. We also talked about how to converse with our wonderful Help Desk team associates. A friendly reminder, you can access the FINET Help web page on the state finance website, to see what information is most helpful to provide the help desk in order to get a ticket resolved as quickly as possible.
